Short, high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workouts can yield greater fitness benefits in less time compared to longer, low- or moderate-intensity workouts
Benefits of HIIT, even seven-minute, workouts include decreased body fat, improved insulin sensitivity and muscle strength, and increased VO2 max, a measure of cardiovascular endurance
HIIT is quick and many workouts can be performed anywhere, without special equipment

I have been doing HIIT now for over a year (since March 2017)- it is starting to show
